“I work with space, architecture and the activities or non-activities that take place there. Situations that in themselves build a spatiality and also rebuild them. Since space is central to the image, inevitably time is too. The time that has passed between the walls of the room, between different events, between before and after. Time itself is a space. In some images, situations or events are taken out of context and create their own habitat and narrative, sometimes they are part of the whole and are part of the larger, wider picture.

The images are acrylic ink on paper.
The paper as a work surface is important, it is part of the story with its grain, whiteness and absorption. The limit of what a paper can withstand is clear and I like it because I am freest within the limitation. “
